Разумнее сосредоточиться на тех услугах и программах, которые отвечают сегодняшним, а возможно и завтрашним  потребностям молодежи. For the amount of time it takes, we get very little reward- very few missing issues are actually missed, and those that are will be quickly pointed out by patrons. As part of a statewide library system, it is easy for us to access periodicals from other libraries. I&#039;m thinking about going for it!]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;d agree David. Staying focused on priorities is helpful, but sometimes hard to remember. In my experience I&#039;ve got caught up in doing something and forgot about the library goals and strategic plan. It&#039;s important to step back regularly and look at those goals and the vision of the library and make sure that what you&#039;re doing is in line with them.
